三、学院建设情况

阿尔卡坦尼学院是一所2年制学校，由柳职院、柳工、沙特阿尔卡坦尼公司三方合作建设，专业涉及工程机械、电子技术、机械自动化等相关专业；此外，合作三方还将以该学院为载体和平台，进一步开展高水平国际合作交流，包括引进中国先进的教学资源和职业教育标准，开展教师职业能力提升工程和开展学生交流项目；推广中国的职业培训和认证体系，结合当地的教育体系及学院、学校、产业具体情况，进行本土化开发，开展社会培训与认证等。

 

目前三方正在共同推进阿尔卡坦尼学院的筹备、建设、运营及可持续发展等工作，包括项目建设，管理，咨询，课程体系开发，教学，师资培训，交流，质量保障体系建设，资格证书认证及其他相关服务，并计划于2018年10月开始招生。

II. Cooperating Parties

Al Qahtani Vehicle & Machinery Company in Saudi Arabia,Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College and Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co.,Ltd.

 

III. Construction of the Institute

Al-Qahtani Institute is a two-year school and is to beco-constructed by Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College, Guangxi LiuGongMachinery Co., Ltd. and Al Qahtani Vehicle & Machinery Company in SaudiArabia. It offers majors in engineering machinery, electronic technology,mechanical automation, etc. Furthermore, the three cooperating parties willalso further carry out high-level international cooperation and exchange,including the introduction of China’s advanced teaching resources andoccupational education standards, implementation of teachers’ occupationalability improvement program and student exchange program, promotion of China’soccupational training and certification system, localized development on thebasis of the specific conditions of the local education system, institutes,schools and industries, and execution of social training and certification.

The three parties are currently jointly pushing forward thepreparation, construction, operation and continuous development as well asother work associated with Al-Qahtani Institute, including projectconstruction, management, consultation, course system development, teaching,teacher training, exchange, quality assurance system building, qualificationcertification and other relevant services. It is planned to start the admissionprocess in October 2018.
